Mental Health, The Importance for a Christian
Sermon Notes. 1st day of 1st biblical month.

Matthew 6:19-34 Don’t worry too much about anything.
Just put God first in all things.
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
“For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
John 14:1, 27 In context of having The Holy Ghost which most “Christians” actually don’t truly have,
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you;
-Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.
Romans 8:5-9 Mind on the flesh versus mind on the spirit.
:18 Sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed in us!
:28 All things to work together for good to those who love Theos
-Present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice,
-Do not be conformed to this world,
-But be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
-Prove what the will of God is,
-Not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think.
People must first realize and confess that they are still lost and need to get saved. This is a huge problem that most people have. They refuse to confess that they are not saved.
They have to learn to surrender first. Then they can get truly saved and find true peace.
-Each member has different gifts/callings. Not everyone called to be a preacher. Humble yourself! Another huge problem is too many people thinking they are are called to lead, preach, etc.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6
-For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, (Eph. 6:12. Not that there’s never a time for physical battle. But our every day battles are primarily spiritual.)
-Destroy speculations and every elevated thing raised up against the knowledge of God. This includes hallucinations and false visions and bad dreams.
-Taking every thought captive (temptations, false interpretations, false theories, false beliefs, false ways of thinking) to the obedience of Christ.
-Punish=revenge disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete. (Whatever sin that God delivers you from, that’s what you should focus on helping other people with and warning others about. That’s what you really know about, and can speak with knowledge.)
-Be (overly) anxious for nothing,
--Peace of Theos which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
-Whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
-Be content in whatever circumstances exist.
-Know how to get along with humble/few means,
-I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
2 Timothy 1:7 Not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self control.
Ecclesiastes 12:12 Too much study is a weariness of the flesh.
Research is important, and very helpful, but some people depend too much on research while not seeking The Spirit enough, and not using enough logic and common sense and spiritual discernment.
Be careful what you allow in your ear/eye gates. Much of the demonic insanity is from horror movies, YouTube videos, books, websites, video games, classic rock, the Koran, Book of Enoch, other demonic books, etc.
Avoid Yoga, Hinduism and Buddhism and all other false religions.
Physical Needs for good mental health:
-Avoid red food coloring, soy, fluoride, artificial sweeteners, diet sodas.
-Don’t drink out of plastic. Buy stainless steal or glass cups.
-Don’t cook with cheap aluminum pots/pans. Instead, use high quality, new, lead free, ceramic, stainless steel or cast iron pans/pots.
-Take Vitamin B complex (Or better = “Nutritional Yeast”.)
-Vitamin D (Or even better, real sunshine.)
-Calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, iodine = Attain these via pink salt, beets and green leafy vegetables like spinach + local naturally growing wild flowers/herbs + local honey and molasses.
-Good healthy food including healthy fats such as nuts and avocados, fish oil, sardines.
-Don’t overdo fasting!
-Eat meat! Don’t fall for the lies of vegetarians.
-Drink enough water!
-Filter water yourself at home! Don’t buy plastic bottled water.
